Where do I start?

-Keep it simple.  trying to go cold turkey on the things you love ultimately causes you to fall off the wagon.  We want you to make real, lasting lifestyle changes.  THIS IS NOT A DIET.  If you drink 3 cans of soda a day, go down to 2, then 1, then 1 every other day.  Eventually you will get to none.  You get the idea.  You want to shape what you eat and drink by this prescription "Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar" -CrossFit journal.  Again, keep it simple.

Does it matter how much I eat?

-At first, no.  Just clean up your diet.  Get your body used to the changes then we can dial in exact amounts of each macronutrient specifically designed for your lifestyle goals.  There are many factors that go into deciding exactly how much you want to be eating but when first starting your journey, simply changing what you eat will cause dramatic change.

How do I know how much to eat when I'm ready for that part?

-We have a Nutritionist that can help you with this part of your fitness.  She will formulate exactly how much of each macronutrient you need and when you need to eat them.  She will also follow up with you to ensure you are staying on track.  This is a separate service that you can purchase but is well worth it if you are looking to really dial in your nutrition.
